After brainstorming with our clients (Amigo Group) about the identity of the new brand that they wanted to launch we decided to create something simple, yet modern, and classy to go match the elegant setting and interior design of the bar.
A logo is an essential part of a brand. We knew that in order to meet this challenge, we had to look at the project as a whole and match the logo to the existing brands within the group. We decided to give a little spruce to the logo existing seafood restaurant brand and give it a contemporary touch. To do so we used the “serif” font, as it has a modern touch for both logos. This allows us to keep a continuity in the visual identity of the different brands within Amigo Group.
Our favourite part was playing around with the “O”. We cut the edges of the letter to add the wine glass element to the logo thereby adding a sense of modernity and a touch of creativity while echoing the nature of the business.
